      Ayant rapidement lu un article sur l'auteur et ses idées j'ai acheté le livre.C'est assez mal écrit, et on rentre jamais dans quelque chose de très concret alors que c'est ce que le livre annonce.Pour faire simple : c'est une idée occidentale qu'on "est comme ça" alors que selon ces philosophie asiatique on peut toujours évoluer et pas devenir ce qu'on a envie de devenir. Voilà, il faut abandonner l'idée de "je suis comme ça" et se reconstruire comme bon nous semble.

      I very much enjoy reading this book! It introduces us to philosophical ideas on how to respond to daily situations in a way that is more practise orientated than cryptic or just hypothetical. It combines ancient wisdom with an extremely modern and relevant approach.
