Philips Avent Baby Monitor Introductions

philips avent logoPhilips Avent is probably most well known for their line of baby feeding items – namely their bottles. They are internationally recognized in this area as mothers the world over are giving their babies Avent bottles and sippy cups, bottle warmers, sterilisers etc and using Avent breast-feeding products such as nursing pads, breast pumps and more. Their line is not just limited to baby feeding items though and they have a line of toddler feeding items, baby monitors as well as gifts.

When it comes to Avent products you know that you are receiving items that have undergone rigorous research and clinical testing to ensure that it is safe and effective doing just what the manufacturer says it will do. All their products are inspired by nature so that they can be the best for your baby and for you. As such their products have been nominated for many awards and have also won a bit as well.

They have both sound as well as sound and video monitors available on the market. Though they do not carry an extensive line of baby monitors, the little they do carry are top quality times that feature DECT technology and live up the Philips Avent name and the quality standards set by the company and found in their other products.

Their video monitor (SCD 600/10) has a range of 150 metres and the parent unit is cordless with a dock for charging when necessary. It provides both day and night monitoring with infrared night vision so that you can clearly and effectively see your baby even at nights. The monitor is a colour screen with a high resolution. It features soothing lullabies as well as a night light and so is multi-functional. It also features sound activation which controls the sound and light.
